The Bricks brings that idea into Phat Cat's on purpose. If the ballroom reaches capacity, you can join the queue and then enjoy The Bricks instead of standing at the door. Your place is held while you dance, socialize and enjoy the second club. When your turn comes and space opens in the ballroom, the queue system lets you know.
